Found that the supplied L02-03 drive horn is drilled for an AN4 bolt and the assembly drawing on L02 calls out an AN3 bolt to join the parts. Checked with Sonex and verified an AN4 bolt should be used. Drilled the link to accept the AN4 bolt. Bent and primed painted the L02-11 nose gear drive link (steel) and fitted it to the drive horn, L02-03. Will paint the link black when the primer is completely dry.
Chamfered and bent as required F21-04 upper horizontal splice plates, -05 upper vertical splice plates, -06 lower horizontal splice plates and -07 lower vertical splice plates and checked fit on mocked up rear fuselage.
